About the Company

 

Why is the company called Quebee Den?

It was inspired by a Bee and the mother of a Bee hyve.. “Queen Bee”

Who Found Quebee Den?

The company was started by a mom (Rohanthi Wijewickrama) who needed healthy options for her baby.

What does company subscription do?

Our subscription will add you to our mailing list where you can benefit members only discounts.

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are manufactured in Sri Lanka

What’s inside the food range?

We have only the said ingredients.. (Fruits , Vegetables only (Sprats in one product) We do not add Preservatives or colors, or Flavors

What artificial ingredients do you add?

No artificial ingredients added

If there are no preservatives how do you preserve it?

We have the machine capability to perform heat sterilization.

Do you add sugar to the baby purees?

No Sugar Added

Where can I purchase the products?

BELLYBEES Store, Local Supermarkets, pharmacies and our website shop

Are the Products Organic?

Yes they are Organic Ingredients (Sourced from trusted and reliable farmers) - the company is not currently organic certified via the government

Shipping and Return

Do you ship out of Colombo?

Yes, Shipping charges will be Rs. 400 for orders out of Colombo

Do you ship International?

Yes, Shipping charges may vary 

When will the items be shipped after payment?

Delivery is done within 24 – 48 hours of order completion. 

What is your Return policy?

We want your experience with us to be a pleasant and memorable one. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of them.

 

Return policy includes;

·         The product must be in its original wrapper

·         The product must be in its unused condition

·         The product must contain its original label

·         Food Items are not refundable or exchangeable.

An email will be sent to you as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 3-5 working day.

 

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Food Items are not refundable or exchangeable.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You have One hour upon confirmation to cancel your order. Failing which the order will be processed and delivered as per planned. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@quebeeden.com

Items can be paid via or WebXPay portal and we accept all major Credit Cards

Do you offer payment on delivery?

No, all payments need to be finalized before shipment is sent to the customer
