Food You Need To Eat To Boost Your Immune System


A strong immune system is very important to help you stay healthy to fight off viruses. Specially during the global pandemic (COVID 19) it is particularly important to focus on your mind and health. 7 – Yogurt – the yogurts that has live and active cultures like Greek yogurt is the best


8 – Almonds/ sunflower seeds – provides vitamin E which is important to regulate and maintain the immune system


9 – Turmeric – Immune Booster and reduces arthritis


10 – Green Tea – Keeps your healthy and backed with antioxidants


11- Papaya / Kiwi – is another fruit loaded with Vitamin C
